Scheduling Content

From Content History

  1. Navigate to Content History
  2. Select a draft article
  3. Choose "Schedule" from actions
  4. Select date and time
  5. Confirm the schedule

From the Calendar

  1. Click on a calendar day
  2. Select "New Scheduled Post"
  3. Choose content from your drafts
  4. Set the publication time
  5. Save the schedule

View Details

Click on any scheduled post to see:

  • Post title and excerpt
  • Target WordPress site
  • Scheduled publication time

Reschedule

Drag and drop posts to new dates, or:

  1. Click on the scheduled post
  2. Select "Edit Schedule"
  3. Choose new date/time
  4. Save changes

Cancel Schedule

To remove a scheduled publication:

  1. Click on the scheduled post
  2. Select "Cancel Schedule"
  3. The post returns to draft status
